The starting point was my desire to encapsulate everything essential to the male body in a single glass form created in the hotshop. The object represents an attempt to deconstruct male physical features in a form that questions stereotypes of masculinity. The idea was to condense masculinity into the shape of a small cube, which, however, ‚goes outside the box.’ The goal was also to highlight the similarities between a part of the male body and the glass object, mainly by incorporating into the work the hole left by the blowpipe, symbolizing one of the openings in the male body.
